Interested in referring a patient but not sure if they are the right fit? Leave that up to us! We will evaluate your patient to see if they are a candidate for TMS and we will keep you informed along the way.

Patient Eligibility

• Not satisfied with results of antidepressants

• Responded to medication, but not in remission

• Cannot tolerate medication side effects

• Your patient has failed 1 or more antidepressant medication trials.

• Wishes to avoid antidepressants and/or augmentors

Typical Insurance Criteria

MDD Diagnosis
2 or more antidepressant medication trials.
Received evidence-based talk therapy

We will keep you informed along the way. We’ll evaluate your patient to determine if they are a candidate for one of our treatment modalities and create their individualized treatment plan.
